My passion for digital projects & productions took off thanks to my first mentor, Riccardo, who helped me build technical skills but most importantly, showed me by example the importance of being a human-centred manager.
In my practice, I chose to focus on the success of the project and the team, not so much on the use of one particular workflow to get there. For each project, I work with stakeholders to design a process that makes sense, is efficient and enjoyable.
Superpowers: flexibility, execution and agency.
